STAFFORD, The Right Hon. Sir Thomas, Baronet (Unit Kgd., 1914), P.C. (1918), C.B. (1906), F.R.C.S.I.; is a D.L., J.P., Co. Roscommon; formerly Medical Commissioner of the Local Government Board, Ireland; member of the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland's Advisory Board. 1920-21; elected a member of the Senate of Southern Ireland, 1921; second son of late John Stafford, of Portobello, Co. Roscommon; b. 1857; m. 1890, Frances (d. 1916), eldest dau. of late Col. the Rt. Hon. E. R. King-Harman, M.P., and has issue living one son. Res.: Rockingham, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Clubs: Carlton, London, S.W.1; Kildare Street, Dublin; Royal St. George Yacht, Kingstown.
