The True Use of Power and Riches.

Fooles for themselves may treasures prise,
Some dazeling greatnes blind;
Beauty alone can charme our eyes
And love delight our mind.

What is the end of wealth and power,
By which we men subdue,
Unies it help us to gaine more,
To vanquish women too?

Those who on these fix there desires,
Goe right in nature's way:
All others are but wandring fires,
Which lead mankind astray.
