Act Altering
Paragraph 2 of Section 335 of the Penal Code

Whereas carriage of weapons into communities, roadways, public ways, or public places has been the cause of most of the cases of bodily assault and murder, it is therefore ordered by the most Gracious Majesty that the following additional Act be enacted:

Section1.Paragraph 2 of section 335 of the Penal Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following text.

Section2.Whoever holds a weapon in a manner likely to frighten the public, or carries a weapon into any roadway, public way, community, or public place without having been lawfully permitted to so carry by an officer, shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with the first class punishment and confiscation of such weapon also.

However, nothing in this paragraph is intended to prohibit the carriage of an unloaded firearm for the purpose of lawful animal shooting.

Announced on the 13th day of December 129 Rattanakosin Era, the 1st year of this reign, the 33rd day of this present reign.
