Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform

Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has already seized the administrative power of the State as previously announced for general information, the Council for Democratic Reform, for the purpose of maintaining order for the people throughout the Country, hereby promulgates the Martial Law throughout the Kingdom and repeals the Announcement of a State of Emergency in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area dated the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era from the 19th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, 21:05 hours.
