No 17
Re: Delegation of state administration powers

Whereas the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 4 dated the 19th day of September 2549 orders that all the powers and duties which laws provide to be powers and duties of the Prime Minister or Council of Ministers become powers and duties of the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform or person(s) authorised by the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform;

In order for the administration of the Royal Thai Police to proceed in a smooth manner, the Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police is hereby authorised to serve as the Prime Minister or Council of Ministers on behalf of the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform in relation to the administration and performance of the Royal Thai Police. This Announcement shall take effect from now on until otherwise announced.
