Announcement of the Office of the Prime Minister
Re: Approval of the Criminal Code Amendment Emergency Decree, 2546 BE, and the Emergency Decree Amending the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Act, 2542 BE, 2546 BE

Following the request by the Council of Ministers for the National Assembly to consider and approve the Criminal Code Amendment Emergency Decree, 2546 BE, and the Emergency Decree Amending the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Act, 2542 BE, 2546 BE, the 21st House of Representatives passed a resolution to approve the mentioned emergency decrees at its 17th meeting of year 4 (general ordinary session), held on Wednesday, the 31st day of March 2547, and the Senate passed a resolution to approve the mentioned emergency decrees at its 18th meeting (general ordinary session), held on Friday, the 9th day of April 2547.

It is therefore announced in accordance with the dispositions of section 220 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
