Announcement of the Office of the Prime Minister
Re: Approbation of the Emergency Decree Amending
the Penal Code, 2546 BE, and the Emergency Decree Amending
the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2542 BE,
2546 BE

After the Council of Ministers submitted to the National Assembly a request that it consider and approbate the Emergency Decree Amending the Penal Code, 2546 BE, and the Emergency Decree Amending the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2542 BE, 2546 BE; the 21st House of Representatives passed a resolution approbating the said emergency decrees at its 17th meeting of year 4 (general ordinary session) on Wednesday, 31 March 2547; and the Senate passed a resolution approbating the said emergency decrees at its 18th meeting (general ordinary session) on Friday, 9 April 2547.

The matter is therefore announced in accordance with the stipulations of section 220 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
