มาตรา ๑ ศาลยุติธรรมตามพระธรรมนูญนี้มีสามชั้น คือ ศาลชั้นต้น ศาลอุทธรณ์ และศาลฎีกา เว้นแต่จะมีกฎหมายบัญญัติไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น	Section 1 The courts of justice under this Charter are of three tiers, that is, courts of first instance, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice, save where a law otherwise prescribes.
