มาตรา ๒๗ ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของศาลหรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ที่สั่งตามมาตรา ๑๘ หรือมาตรา ๒๐ หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของศาลตามมาตรา ๒๑ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท และปรับเป็นรายวันอีกไม่เกินวันละห้าพันบาทจนกว่าจะปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง

Section 27 Any person who fails to observe an order issued by a court or competent authority by virtue of of Translation:Computer Crimes Act 2007/27/tp or Translation:Computer Crimes Act 2007/27/tp or fails to observe a court order under Translation:Computer Crimes Act 2007/27/tp shall be liable to a fine of not exceeding two hundred thousand baht and also to a day-fine of not more than five thousand baht per day until the order is correctly observed.
