มาตรา ๕ ผู้ใดเข้าถึงโดยมิชอบซึ่งระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีมาตรการป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยเฉพาะ และมาตรการนั้นมิได้มีไว้สำหรับตน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ	Section 5 Any person who wrongfully accesses a computer system the access to which is prevented by a specific measure not intended for him[5.1] shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than six months, or a fine of not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.

มาตรา ๖ ผู้ใดล่วงรู้มาตรการป้องกันการเข้าถึงระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ผู้อื่นจัดทำขึ้นเป็นการเฉพาะ ถ้านำมาตรการดังกล่าวไปเปิดเผยโดยมิชอบในประการที่น่าจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ	Section 6 Any person who obtains the knowledge about a measure for prevention of access to a computer system specifically set up by another person shall, if he wrongfully discloses such measure in a manner likely to expose another person to injury, be liable to imprisonment for not more than one year, or a fine of not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.

มาตรา ๗ ผู้ใดเข้าถึงโดยมิชอบซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีมาตรการป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยเฉพาะ และมาตรการนั้นมิได้มีไว้สำหรับตน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ	Section 7 Any person who wrongfully accesses computer data the access to which is prevented by a specific measure not intended for him[7.1] shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than two years, or a fine of not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.

มาตรา ๘ ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดโดยมิชอบด้วยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อดักรับไว้ซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้อื่นที่อยู่ระหว่างการส่งในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์นั้นมิได้มีไว้เพื่อประโยชน์สาธารณะหรือเพื่อให้บุคคลทั่วไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 8 When any person, wrongfully and by electronic means, commits whatever act to intercept computer data of another person which is in the course of being transmitted within a computer system and is not intended for the public interest or for use by the general public, the person shall be liable[8.1] to imprisonment for not more than three years, or a fine of not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.

มาตรา ๙ ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติม ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ	Section 9 Any person who wrongfully damages, destroys, modifies, alters, or makes supplements to computer data of another person, either in whole or in part, shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than five years, or a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.

มาตรา ๑๐ ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดโดยมิชอบ เพื่อให้การทำงานของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้อื่นถูกระงับ ชะลอ ขัดขวาง หรือรบกวน จนไม่สามารถทำงานตามปกติได้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ	Section 10 Any person who wrongfully commits whatever act to cause the functioning of a computer system of another person to be suspended, delayed, obstructed, or disrupted until it is unable to function as normal, shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than five years, or a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
