And now, kings, wise up; be restricted, judges of [the] land.

And now, kings, wise up
The prophets of Israel [are] men of mercy, and reprove the nations of the world to withdraw...
Ibn Ezra[edit]
And now, kings
They are the kings of the Earth. And wise up is the opposite of: against God. And be restricted is the opposite of: their bindings. And judges of the land are rulers.
