Whereas the Order of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform No 7/2549 dated the 20th day of September 2549 BE, Re: Organisation of agencies and distribution of duties and responsibilities has been issued, the persons hereinafter named are hereby appointed to constitute the Advisory Boards under the said Order in order for the operation of the Council for Democratic Reform to proceed in a careful and transparent manner producing utmost benefit for the Nation and the people:

The Advisory Boards shall have the power and duty to offer advice and recommendations to the Council for Democratic Reform as requested by the Council for Democratic Reform or as found appropriate by the Advisory Boards themselves.

The Advisory Boards shall separately meet to consider their matters, but all or some of them may jointly meet when found appropriate by the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform, Secretary General of the Council for Democratic Reform, or their Chief Advisors.

Each Advisory Board shall appoint one of its members to serve as a Secretary and may also have Assistant Secretaries.

The Secretariat General of the Council for Democratic Reform shall facilitate the organisation of meetings of the Advisory Boards according to this Order.
