His Majesty King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej is pleased to give a Great Royal Command that it be announced as follows:

Whereas the Courts of Justice Judicial Commission has approved the appointment of Nai Phairot Wayuphap, a judicial public official in the position of Vice President of the Supreme Court of Justice, to the position of President of the Supreme Court of Justice;

Therefore, by virtue of the power under section 19 of the Act Regulating Courts of Justice Judicial Public Officials, 2543 BE, He is graciously pleased to appoint Nai Phairot Wayuphap to the position of President of the Supreme Court of Justice.

This shall take effect from the 27th day of November 2554 Buddhist Era onwards.

Announced on the 3rd day of December 2554 Buddhist Era, being the 66th year of the present reign.
