Paragraph 1- If one goes down to another’s field and plucks his fruits and the owner of the field claims he stole them, while the plucker claims the owner sold it to him, the defendant would be believed with a heses oath, even if there are witnesses to his plucking.

Paragraph 2- If the owners of the field and tree are not here and an individual says he will go down and pluck the fruits of so and so’s tree and field, the court does not have to stop him. If the owners return before he plucked them, they can stop him. If he claims the owner sold him the actual field, he would not even be believed on the fruits, even if he already plucked them, since he has no document or three-year possession.

Paragraph 3- If someone says he will go and cut down so and so’s trees, the court would object.
