Paragraph 1- Anything that is attached to the ground that needs the ground has the status of the ground and can be acquire via money, document or taking possession. Even if the buyer did not intend to acquire the land, but just took possession of the land to acquire that which was attached to it, or if he gave money on the land in order to acquire that which was attached to it, he would acquire that which is attached, notwithstanding the fact that he does not acquire the actual land. If the items do not require the ground, such as grapes that are ready to be harvested, however, they would have the status of movable items with respect to the rules of kinyan, and the rules of overcharging would apply. There are those who disagree and say that even items that do not need the ground would have the status of the ground.
