Paragraph 1- If one gives his properties to others, and he was survived by inheritors, even if the inheritors do not behave properly, the spirit of the Rabbis are not pleased with him, but the others will acquire what was given to them. It is a pious character trait not to testify on a will that removes an inheritance from inheritor, even from a son that does not behave property to a scholar brother who does behave properly. If one instructs to do the best possible thing with his properties, they should give it to his inheritors because there is nothing better than that.
