Paragraph 1- If one brings his fruits into another’s house without his permission or he mislead him into bringing his fruits in and he left them there, the owner can sell those fruits to pay for the wages of the workers who will remove them and throw them in the market. It is a pious character trait to inform the court and use some of the money to rent a place for them as a form of returning a lost item to its owner, even though he did not act properly. There are those who say the watchman must inform the owner first. If an unavoidable accident occurred after he informed him, he would be exempt.
