Paragraph 1- If one accepts a field from another for a set time, and died and was survived by a son, the owner cannot tell the son to give him what his father consumed. Similarly, the son cannot tell the owner to give him what his father produced. Rather, we would appraise what the father produced before his death, and he would give to him accordingly, even if the condition was for a set time.
