Attempt at vs. attempting of + infinitive[edit]
Attempt of a Theory is not good English in this meaning. Lorentz attempted at formulating a theory. It would be more correct to translate Attempt at a Theory. The earliest bibliotgraphical references on internet in English to this work use indeed this translation. Arjen Dijksman (talk) 08:42, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
