Translation talk:Catullus 2

I was always under the impression that "solet" in this poem is a use of zeugma, and applied to all of the infinitives in the first few lines. i.e. "With whom she is accustomed to play" etc.

Incomplete Translation

This translation of Poem 2 is incomplete. It doesn't include the last three lines which seem to be a fragment but which are normally attached to it. Don Martin 19 (talk) 13:00, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

You will find it in poem 2b, which is a separate entry. For whoever it is that keeps putting back the translation of 2b when I remove it, please recognize that that section is found under 2a.73.187.102.203 16:53, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
