Nice translation, in English more romantic than in German.
Just the last two lines are going somehow a different direction than the original. To put the german sentence straigth, the sense would be: Der Nachmittag – ein sanft verweinter Gott – legt seine grauen Puderhände auf alles. Greetings --Konrad Stein (talk) 20:56, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
