Ordinance Number 20 is amended to read as follows :

| SECTION Ⅰ. Bureau of Police is hereby authorized to establish criminal investigation including the following functions : |
| a. Conduction investigations of criminal matters which are referred to it by Military Government. |
| b. Assisting and cooperating with the Military Police, Counter Intelligence Corps and the Police of Korea, when requested, in the investigation and apprehension of criminals. |
| c. Establishing and maintaining a National Finger Print Record and Criminal Investigation System. |
| SECTION Ⅱ. All duties, functions, records, property, and civilian personnel of the Finger print Section of the Criminal Department of the Bureau of Justice are hereby transferred the Bureau of Police. |
| SECTION Ⅲ. This order is effective on the date appearing hereon. |
