United Nations Security Council Resolution 399 (1976)

Adopted unanimously at the 1977th meeting, on 1 December 1976.

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Western Samoa[1] for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Western Samoa be admitted to membership in the United Nations.
