Chap. XLIV.—An Act disapproving of an act passed by the governor and judges of the territory of Michigan, intituled “An act concerning the Bank of Detroit.”

Establishment of the bank of Detroit disapproved of.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That an act, intituled “An act concerning the bank of Detroit,” adopted and published by the governor and judges of the territory of Michigan, on the nineteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six, is hereby disapproved of by Congress, and that the same shall be of no force or effect.
