Chap. CCCXXXVII.An Act To amend section fourteen of an Act entitled "An Act to divide the State of Texas into four judicial districts."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congneas assembled, Texas, western judicial district.That section fourteen of an Act entitled "An Act to divide the State of Texas into four judicial districts," passed at the first session of the Fifty-seventh Congress, approved March eleventh, nineteen hundred and two, and known as chapter one hundred and eighty three, be so amended as that said section fourteen shall hereafter read as follows:

"Sec. 14. That the United States circuit and district courts for the Terms.
Ante. p.69, amended.
western district of Texas shall be held in each year at the times and places as follows:

"At Austin, in the county of Travis, on the fourth Monday of Austin. January and the second Monday of June.

"At Waco, in the count of McLennan, on the second Monday of Waco.November and the fourth Monday of February.

"At San Antonio, in the county of Bexar, on the third Monday of Bexar.December and the first Monday of May.

"At El Paso, in the county of El Paso, on the first Monday of El Paso. October and the first Monday of April."

In effect March 31, 1903Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect on the thirty-first day of March, anno Domini nineteen hundred and three.
