Chap. XCI.—An Act to authorize the governor and legislative council of Florida, to provide for holding additional terms of the superior courts therein.

Additional terms of the superior court to be held.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the governor and legislative council of the territory of Florida are hereby authorized, until Congress shall otherwise direct, to provide by law, for holding the superior courts of said territory at such other places, within their respective districts, as may be necessary for the more convenient administration of justice therein.
