Chap. LXXVI.An Act making an appropriation for the erection of a breakwater near the mouth of Delaware bay.

Breakwater to be made near the mouth of Delaware bay.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the United States cause to be made near the mouth of Delaware bay, a breakwater.

250,000 dollars appropriated.Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars be, and it hereby is, appropriated, towards the accomplishment of that object, and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
