Chap. 722.—An Act To authorize the Director of the United States Veterans' Bureau to grant an easement to the Tuskegee Railroad Company.

Veterans' Hospital Tuskegee, Ala.
Right of way granted to Tuskegee Railroad Company.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Director of the United States Veterans' Bureau is authorized to grant on behalf of the United States to the Tuskegee Railroad Company, without compensation, an easement over such strip of land fifty feet in width as the director may designate in the tract now occupied in part by the United States Veterans' Hospital Numbered 91, Tuskegee, Alabama; such easement to be subject to such reasonable requirements as the director may impose for the protection of the hospital and the interests of the United States, and to continue as long as such strip of land is actually occupied and used by the grantee, its successors or assigns, for the construction or operation and maintenance of an extension of its railroad.
