No. 13. A Resolution to provide for the payment of the expenses incurred by the Legation at Mexico.

Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Appropriation to defray expenses on account of prisoners. That the sum of six thousand dollars be and is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to defray the expenses incurred by the Legation of the United States at Mexico, on account of the subsistence, clothing and transportation of prisoners, ProvidedProviso. so much be necessary upon the adjustment of the accounts of the State Department.
