Chap. ⅩⅬⅡ.—An Act for the relief of Sylvanus Bourne.


Be it enacted, &c., That the accounting officers of the Treasury be authorized and directed to settle the account of Sylvanus Bourne,Treasury to settle accounts of S. Bourne. Vice-Consul of the United States at Amsterdam, for advances by him made, for the relief of the master and crew of the ship Washington, which was wrecked on the coast of Holland in November last; and that the amount thereof be paid him out of the Treasury of the United States
