Chap. X.An Act for the relief of Nathaniel Holmes.

Account of Major Nathaniel Holmes to be settled.Be it enacted, &c., That the accounting officers of the Treasury be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to settle the account of Major Nathaniel Holmes, and allow him such sums of money, as shall appear to have been paid by him for transporting and victualling a detachment of troops, from his battalion, in the winter of one thousand seven hundred and ninety-four, and of one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five, from Cape May to Trenton.
