iii) resources for teachers

iv) resources for storyteller etc


2.Jan Brett website Jan Brett website

It provide a lot of useful resources, such as books written by Jan Bret, online games, activity pages for coloring and classroom decorations.


Phonics website

1. Owl & Mouse Educational Software Owl&Mouse

It is a website with free educational software that can be used to teach phonics ( letter sounds, letter sounds2- blend, long and short vowel).No downloading of software is needed


Reading for pupils

1. Mem fox website Memfox homepage

It is an online website for Mem Fox ( a famous author with many award winning books – such as Koala Lou)


- Introduction to the books written by Mem Fox

- Strategies to make reading aloud fun and well

- Tips on writing a picture book


2. Authors and Illustrators on the Web homepage

- a list of authors and illustrators on the web with their homepage websites available

- Provides useful information about the books by different authors and illustrators.


Literature circle

Reading lesson or activities planning using children’s literature book
