Tarek Khalil Atallah (7 July, 1982) who was born in the village of [Nabay-Lebanon], is a lebanese [electrical engineer] credited with inventing [Polarized Deep Anode Wells]. On the 25th of August 2008, he implemented the first successful Cathodic Protection System for Arid Export Refinery-KSA using for the first time, Polarized Deep Anode Wells. He is a senior researcher in [Consolidated Contractors Group company].
