Brief intro

Hello, everyone. I work as a copy editor and indexer in Victoria, British Columbia. I am very interested in the various Wiki projects, particularly the Wikipedia. As I am still trying assiduously to avoid making egregious mistakes and to learn as much as I can about Wiki coding, my efforts have largely been confined to making grammar and spelling corrections to existing pages. I have only recently begun to take on slightly larger projects like translating small articles from one Wikipedia language version to another and breaking up a few monolithic articles into sections for greater organization and comprehension and to facilitate editing by others. I welcome comments, and I am eager to learn.
