George Belton Moore|1806|1875| George Belton Moore (born 1806 died 1875), painter and drawing-master, born in 1806, exhibited landscapes at the Royal Academy and other exhibitions from 1830 until his death. He was drawing-master at the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, and at University College, London. In 1851 he published 'Perspective, its Principles and Practice', and 'The Principles of Colour applied to Decorative Art'. Moore died in November 1875, in his seventieth year. [DNB 1][DNB 2][1]
