Compendium Maleficarum

Hi, Dereksmootz,

I'm letting you know that I made some changes to Compendium Maleficarum. Namely, I standardized the title page a bit, and I changed all the links so instead of them being [[/Book # - Chapter #]], they are now [[/Book #/Chapter #]], as this is standard practice for page naming. As far as I can tell, the wood engravings appear fine. You might want to put the images in a <div> tag and make them float right, but that might not be necessary.
