collaboration projects[edit]
Hi again, are you interested in any of these projects?
We are currently working on collating works (of any sort) related to Christmas. We have hundreds of pages that mention "Christmas", but nobody will find them unless we group them together and put them onto our topical indexes Wikisource:Holidays#Christmas and Wikisource:Song_lyrics#Christmas_Carols.
Our collection of Christmas carols is really small: compare the 84 in Wikipedia against our 12 on Wikisource. Any carol that was written before 1923 should be in our collection - we want hundreds of them, ideally with the author identified, but that isnt important if we know it has been in print since 1922.
If carols dont strike your fancy, how about a short story like "Old Christmas", by Washington Irving, which you can find at Project Gutenberg.
If thinking about Christmas makes you sick, we have a Collaboration of the Week project which works on a different author or topic each week. This week it is Author:Abu Hamid al-Ghazālī. see Author talk:Abu Hamid al-Ghazālī for tips on where you can find works to be uploaded onto our website. John Vandenberg 04:23, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
