Kept as PD-ineligible for now.--Jusjih (talk) 17:18, 13 July 2012 (UTC)
Charles Whitman police report and unlicensed doc File:Very-long-police-report.jpg, unclear rational for for PD JeepdaySock (talk) 16:26, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
- PD-ineligible would probably be the only rationale to keep -- that is very possible though. The blank forms themselves are not copyrightable, and the content seems to be just lists of factual data. Carl Lindberg (talk) 16:37, 10 April 2012 (UTC)

[edit]All works are unlicensed, the sermons would seem to be clear copyvio's. The Negotiation transcript, I am not sure if there some that would cover it or not. Jeepday (talk) 23:01, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

Kept with PD-USGov.--Jusjih (talk) 23:40, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
- Branch Davidian Negotiation Transcript from April 18, the day before the siege
- I think this is OK. U.S. requires fixation for something to be copyrightable; ad-hoc speech is generally not among that. The recording itself could be copyrightable (separate from the content) but that is PD-USGov anyways. The rest of Koresh's stuff probably needs to be deleted, unless the 1980s ones were published without notice. Carl Lindberg (talk) 15:13, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
