The following is a paraphrase of London's telegram no. 4204, dated September 10, 11 p.m.

Confidential from Mr. Churchill for Mr. Hopkins.
Lord Beaverbrook and I are very satisfied with the arrangements which you proposed in your telegram of today. From this point I will carry on, and all arrangements are being made accordingly here.
