Appendix No. V.[edit]

There is no Appendix No. V (the page doesn't exist). This should be fixed, especially since this is a featured text and on the front page. diego_pmc (talk) 13:20, 29 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I checked on this just before it was featured. The third edition does not contain a fifth appendix, although I don't know why. I have checked this against other scans of this book from other sources. In all cases the third edition (which this is) omits the fifth appendix. Actually, it misses the fourth appendix, as described in the Table of Contents, and the fifth appendix is printed under the heading of the fourth appendix. Other scans also show that the page numbering skips by two at this point in the book. My best guess is that this was a printing mistake or an intentional last minute change. The first and second editions appear to have all listed appendices. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 21:03, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I see. I noticed to removed the link from the text's page. Do you think you should add a note saying why there's no link for that appendix? diego_pmc (talk) 19:46, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
