Pitts, Arthur (Pyttys), fellow All Souls' Coll. 1534; B.C.L. from Brasenose Coll. 7 Nov., 1537, registrar of the diocese and archdeaconry of Oxford, and impropriator of Iffley; died 16 May, 1579; father of the next-named, of Robert 1564, and Thomas 1575.
