SUNSET RAISIN PIE

⁠One cup of seeded raisins chopped fine,
⁠One lemon with grated rind.

⁠Add lemon juice and grated rind to the raisins. Then add one cup of sugar and two tablespoonsful of water. Bake between upper and lower crusts.
