Born when?[edit]

I looked on line for birth and death dates, but did not find anything. You can find where he is publishing works and being mentioned between about 1863 and 1910. I did not notice any activity prior or following that 40 year window. The work An Exposition of the Laws of Marriage and Divorce is published in 1872 at which time he must have been over 25 years old give or take 5 years. (just a quess)

In 1868 the work Reports of Cases Decided in the High Court of Admiralty of England: And on ... By Great Britain High Court of Admiralty, William Ernst Browning, Vernon Lushington, Great is published with another author from "THE INNER TEMPLE BARRISTERS AT LAW".

In 1863 per The Jurist he is a practicing "Barristor at Law" as "Ernst Browning" this is the same person as supported by Catalogue of the Library of the Law School of Harvard University "Browning Ernst See BROWNING WILLIAM ERNST" and "Browning William Ernst Laws of Marriage and Divorce as administered in the Court for Divorce and Matrimonial Causes with the method of procedure illustrated by notes of cases xxv 367 p 8vo London 1872" Jeepday 21:14, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
