Executive Order 1288
Mr. George T. Weitzel, of Missouri, a graduate of Harvard University and of the Harvard Law School, may be appointed without examination as a clerk in the Department of State because of his services as secretary of the legation to Nicaragua and Costa Rica, as secretary of legation at Panama, and in the Division of Latin-American Affairs of the Department of State.
Mr. Willing Spencer, of Pennsylvania, a graduate of Harvard University and of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, may be appointed without examination as a clerk in the Department of State because of his services as third secretary of embassy in St. Petersburg.
