Mrs. Lulu M. Davis may be reinstated as an operative in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing without regard to the length of time she has been separated from the service.

Mrs. Davis was employed as a classified printer's assistant in the Bureau from December 17, 1906, to September 14, 1915, and is the widow of August Davis, a plate printer in the Bureau for nearly 22 years prior to his death on June 18, 1922.

This order is recommended by the Secretary of the Treasury.
