@Kbseah: Welcome, and thanks for working on this :) Could I point two things out?

  1. I've been using fullwidth spaces with hanzi
  2. When there is no hanzi in the third column, I've inserted a hyphen instead so that it looks less weird, and it's more obvious that there is no hanzi.

Thank you @Suzukaze-c:! I meant to introduce myself at some point. I'm glad to see this book and the Fielde dictionary being transcribed in Wikisource, and grateful for the work that you and the other contributors have put in.
I'll keep the two conventions that you pointed out in mind for my subsequent edits.
