Big thanks[edit]

Thank you so much for coming over and working through {{japanese missing}}. I appreciate your time, effort and consideration. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:29, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

No problem. Suzukaze-c (talk) 23:58, 9 January 2017 (UTC)

As a general rule ...[edit]

As you saw from your addition to table/parse that we are not much for forced widths, we have tended to not fix widths. Part of what we have found is that our output can be on many output devices that and forcing widths has not been advantageous, even in a proportional sense. We have been more likely to utilise max-width or min-width if there is really a need to push something. That said with your general proportioning of three columns it probably won't matter, I just wanted to say early on in the piece, and that it is worthwhile checking how the output may look on a mobile phone; and generally you only need to set two of three percentages, as the third will always be the remaining percentage. — billinghurst sDrewth 04:30, 14 January 2017 (UTC)

From 21 to 118[edit]

Hi, I wanted to thank you for your contributions in the proofreading of the Swatow dialect dictionary. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one interested in preserving this language materials. :) I'm gonna try to complete the « C » chapter. Feel free to correct my modifications and to improve them as you've already did. I've begun using some of your improvements. However, I think that we should avoid as much as possible transcribing the same chapter at the same time, as it could make us do the job twice. :/ Assassas77 (talk) 06:33, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

No problem.
I worked on page 103 because it seemed like there was no progress on it in half a month and I wanted to help you out. :) My other edits have started from the end of the book. Suzukaze-c (talk) 06:41, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

Wikiproject Chinese[edit]

Hi !

I see you have been working on Chinese texts. There are currently several ongoing works related to China, but the progress is very slow as there are not many contributors able to work with Chinese, this is rather discouraging. I tried to centralize information in the WikiProject Chinese, so that we may see all the ongoing tasks and join forces to finish some of them faster, pleace consider joining and starting a discussion on what you currently work on! Template:Ltc tone needs a fix[edit]

Your implementation of Template:Ltc tone is broken in that there are two caption components3rd and last are both seen that way. I don't know enough of your intent to be able to fix this, and would appreciate it if you would have a look. Thanks. — billinghurst sDrewth 06:15, 29 July 2017 (UTC)

@Billinghurst: I'm not quite sure what you mean by "caption components". Could you explain more? Suzukaze-c (talk) 06:30, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
mw:Help:Images shows that the last part of an image link is the caption. [[File:ltc tone 8.svg|alt=꜇|陽入|text-bottom|{{{2|}}}]] is not correctly set the 3rd and 5th components are not properly defined and trying to be captions. — billinghurst sDrewth 06:50, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
I don't remember why I added a second parameter and have removed it. Suzukaze-c (talk) 07:04, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
