Small caps[edit]
The first line of each chapter is in small caps. However, sometimes this means that part of a word is in small caps. Since we cannot use the first-line pseudo element to define this here, we can just use normal typography and ignore the small caps altogether. The Haz talk 01:41, 14 July 2015 (UTC)
