IRPIN DECLARATION
Hereby, we, the representatives of the Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army, sharing the common task of liberating Russia from Putin's tyranny, suppressing the terror of the Kremlin security forces against citizens of our own and other countries, and the soonest cessation of the aggressive war against Ukraine, have agreed on the following:
The Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army organize the coordination of their actions in armed resistance to Putin's fascism.
2. Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army will conduct a joint information policy, explaining their goals and objectives to the Russian society, as well as providing agitation among the opponents of Putinism.
3. The Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army, while maintaining a separate symbolism of each of their units, adopt a common white-blue-white flag as a symbol of the joint struggle.
4. The Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army will form a Political Center in order to represent their interests before the state authorities of different countries and organize a joint information policy. Ilya Vladimirovich Ponomarev is entrusted with the coordination of the Center's activities.
The Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army confirm that they have taken up arms to fight exclusively against the usurpers of power in Russia, the warmongers and organizers of the war and their lackeys and financiers. Ordinary civilians of Russia, deceived by Putin's propaganda, are not our enemies - they are those whom the Legion "Freedom of Russia", the Russian Volunteer Corps and the National Republican Army will protect and free from illegal and discredited authorities.
Our goal is a free democratic Russia, built on the principles of self-government of citizens and social justice, without oligarchy and corruption, without police violence and arbitrariness of officials, without wars and annexations, without colonies and occupied territories, where all people living in the country can choose their own path.
We call on representatives of the Russian opposition and ordinary citizens to put aside all doubts and disagreements and join our struggle. Only uncompromising and decisive forceful actions can stop the criminal gang of Putin and his henchmen, who stop at nothing to satisfy their exorbitant appetites and ambitions. The days of peaceful protest are gone forever. The February large-scale invasion of Ukraine puts the question squarely: the Kremlin regime must be destroyed in the name of world peace and the preservation of the lives of Russians and Ukrainians.
