Barstow, Thomas Irwin, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1845, police magistrate at Clerkenwell court since 3 Aug., 1874, a student of the Inner Temple 29 April, 1842 (then aged 23), called to the bar 6 June, 1845 (eldest son of Thomas S. Barstow, Esq., of Garrow Hill, Fulford, Yorkshire); born 10 Nov., 1818; married 5 March, 1861, Mary Elizabeth, dau. of Henry Leader, Esq., of Reaseheath, Cheshire.
