Ernst, William, district court judge in Jamaica since April, 1878, chief justice Antigua 1874-6, went the Home circuit, author of a Treatise on Marriage and Divorce, reporter for Incorporated Council 1865-9, has abandoned his patronymic Browning, a student of the Inner Temple 27 April, 1850 (then aged 20), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1853 (only son of John Browning, Esq., late of Brompton, dec); born , 1830.
